Who we are

This website, socialwideo.com, is run by Piotr Wyrzykowski, trading as Social Wideo, [business address], [NIP / tax ID]. He is the controller of your personal data.

Questions about your data? Email kontakt@socialwideo.com or call +48 797 997 540.

What data we collect

We only collect what you give us or what is technically needed to show you this website:

  • Contact form: your name, company, email address or phone number, sector, company stage, the package you are interested in and your message.
  • Email and phone: whatever you share with us when you write or call.
  • Technical data: when you visit the site, our hosting provider automatically processes your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, so the site can be delivered and protected against attacks.

Why we use it and on what legal basis

  • To reply to your enquiry and prepare an offer at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, steps before entering into a contract).
  • To keep in touch about your enquiry and to establish or defend legal claims (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest).
  • To run the website securely and keep it available (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest).

Giving us your data is voluntary, but without a name and a way to contact you, we can’t reply.

Who receives your data

We don’t sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us run this website and reply to you, and only as far as needed:

  • Cloudflare, which hosts this website and protects it.
  • Web3Forms, which delivers contact form submissions to our inbox.
  • Our email provider, which stores our email correspondence.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, for example in the United States. Where that happens, the transfer relies on the safeguards the GDPR requires, such as an adequacy decision of the European Commission or standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries and related correspondence for up to 12 months after our last contact. If we start working together, we keep the data for as long as the cooperation lasts, and afterwards for as long as the law requires (for example, accounting rules) or until possible claims expire. Hosting logs are kept only briefly, as set by our hosting provider.

Cookies and tracking

This website doesn’t use analytics, advertising cookies or tracking pixels. Our hosting provider may set strictly necessary security cookies to protect the site against abuse. The fonts are hosted on our own server, so no data goes to Google Fonts.

The links to Instagram, TikTok and Facebook take you to those platforms. Once you’re there, their own privacy policies apply.

Your rights

You have the right to:

  • access your data and receive a copy,
  • have it corrected,
  • have it deleted,
  • restrict how we use it,
  • receive it in a portable format,
  • object to processing based on our legitimate interest.

To use any of these rights, email kontakt@socialwideo.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw), or with the authority in the EU country where you live.

We don’t make automated decisions or profile you.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle data, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
